Virginia’s Hunger – Sons of the Forest

What started as survival… turned into something far darker.
Deep in the misty forest, the campfire still crackles, the pot still boils — but Virginia has gone far beyond “just staying alive.”
Her body has changed. Swollen, heavy, impossibly round… shaped by days of devouring every last piece of “meat” the island offers.
Her torn outfit barely survives the pressure of her expanding form, stretched tight over a belly that looks more like a creature of its own than part of her body. Each step sinks into the grass, each breath slow and heavy — yet her eyes still glow with that familiar calm… almost innocent stare.
Behind her, the music plays.
In front of her, the axe waits.
And somewhere between hunger and instinct, the line between survivor and monster is starting to blur.
Because in this forest…
sometimes the real threat isn’t what hunts you — it’s what you become.
